Art Gallery of Swift Current

Art Gallery of Swift Current is a non-profit public art gallery offering exhibitions of regional, provincial and national artwork. We provide access to visual art culture and education for southwest Saskatchewan. We are located next to the Public Library in the R.C. Dahl Centre. Admission is free.

Extension Program

The Art Gallery takes information, activities, artwork, and fundraising into the community. Finding and directly encouraging audience awareness and support. We offer art exhibitions and education including studio art courses and workshops, outside the Art Gallery in satellite venues in Swift Current and in other communities in the southwest and throughout Saskatchewan.

Call for volunteers

Get involved in the culture community. Volunteer Art Gallery Attendant positions are available. Training on the job...no experience necessary! Learn about art, meet interesting people, work with the public, gain valuable experience, develop your resume. If you are interested, please contact the gallery staff.

Public Viewing Hours:

Monday to Thursday - 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Friday & Saturday - 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday 1:00 to 4:30pm
Closed: statutory holidays and during exhibition changes.
Free guided tours may be booked for mornings, afternoons or evenings by phoning a week ahead.

Office hours: Monday to Friday - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed over noon hour.
